The 5th edition of the Public Securities Market Meetings was held from 24 to 26 January 2023 in Dakar, Senegal. On the occasion, the UMOA-Titres agency singled out the Benin subsidiary of the ETI group, the best Treasury Value Specialist (SVT) in Benin.

Ecobank Benin received the award for the 1st Treasury Value Specialist (SVT) from Benin. It is now the leader in Treasury values. The CEO of Ecobank Benin expressed his gratitude to the UMOA-Securities agency and to the Benin Public Treasury. Lazare NOULEKOU thus declared “We were honored to receive this trophy on behalf of an entire team that remains committed and dedicated. We dedicate it to all our clients, both institutional and retail banking, which contributes to the expansion of investors.”

He cited participation in tenders and presence on the secondary market as criteria that contributed to this distinction for the Benin subsidiary of the ETI group. For the Director General, all these things testify to the hard work of the financial institution, and its availability to support the UEMOA states in their need for funding économie from and development.
