The Ambassador of the Hellenic Republic to Senegal and Special Envoy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the Sahel, Efthymios-Georges and the Interregional Maritime Security Institute (ISMI-ARSTM) represented by the On Thursday, January 12, 2023, CEO of ARSTM, Colonel Karim Coulibaly signed an agreement for financing up to 40,000 euros (approximately 26 217 154 FCFA).

The signing of the agreement is intended to support a training session to strengthen the capacities of officers responsible for policing at sea in the Gulf of Guinea. Thus, the training of trainers of officers from 20 police officers from the Gulf of Guinea States in charge of maritime control activities will take place on 24 March 2023 at ISMI-ARSTM in Abidjan.
