Rawbank has announced the completion of an unprecedented transaction on the money market within its trading room. It involves the issuance of negotiable debt securities in favor of one of its customers. Through this action, the bank is once again demonstrating its ability to offer alternative sources of financing to companies operating in the DRC.

Rawbank is the first bank in the Democratic Republic of Congo to launch its own trading room with international standards in May 2021. Today, it is the first bank to obtain approval from the central bank to issue TCN. It continues to demonstrate its pioneering spirit in the service of the development of the financial market in the DRC.

This operation allowed Rawbank clients to obtain short-term financing on the market while allowing investors to access new investment vehicles that are particularly advantageous.
