After obtaining a visa from the Financial Markets Authority of the West African Monetary Union (AMF-UMOA), the aviator NAS Ivoire announced his listing on the Abidjan Regional Securities Exchange (BRVM). The operation is scheduled to run from November 28 to December 9, 2022 and involves the sale of 10,062,500 shares. The unit price per share is set at 2100 FCFA and the company seeks to mobilize a total amount of 21.131 billion FCFA through the operation arranged by Hudson & Cie.
