The Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice and Human Rights, through a press release, instructed the Conakry Public Prosecutor's Office to take legal action against Mamadi Sanfina Diakité, president of the National Financial Information Processing Unit egrave; res (Centif) for alleged acts of corruption.

Dans son communiqué, l The Keeper of the Seals requested the Prosecutor General at the Conakry Court of Appeal to have legal proceedings initiated or To submit to the competent court such written requests as deemed appropriate without delay for presumed acts of illegal refusal of a legally due service and alleged corruption against Mamadi Santina Diakité, President of the Financial Information Processing Unit (CENTIF).

Indeed, Mamadi Sanfina Diakité, in her capacity as President of the Financial Information Processing Unit (CENTIF), was initially referred by the Public Prosecutor attached to the Kaloum Court of First Instance at purposes of processing the bank data of persons prosecuted for alleged acts of bribery of public officials and embezzlement of public funds.

He was rightly divested in favor of a pool of investigators working at the level of the Central Directorate of Judicial Police for reasons of suspicion of bias in the conduct of investigations. This does not relieve him of his obligations to make available to the courts information likely to contribute to the establishment of the truth.
