The points in the BRVM Prestige index of the BRVM increased from 97.70 the day before to 98.94 points yesterday. For their part, the other indices are registering an increase. The BRVM 30 index (index of the 30 most traded stocks on the market), closed up by 0.74% to 97.19 points compared with 96.48 points the day before, while the composite index (the general stock market index) rose 0.93% to 198.88 against 197.05 points the day before. Finally, we note that the downtrend in the stock market has subsided.

In addition, the capitalization of the bond market remained stable at 8853.327 billion FCFA. As for the total value of transactions, on Thursday, January 12, 2023, it fell sharply, from 604.637 million FCFA the day before to 164.634 million FCFA.
