The BRVM, the stock exchange common to the 8 UEMOA states, ended 2022 with a positive indicator of trading volume. An increase of 3.02% was recorded with 255.22 million shares traded in 2022 against 247.73 million shares last year, for a value of 469.637 billion FCFA. A, the stock market capitalization is estimated at 7,560 billion FCFA, while that of the bond market jumps to 8,926.89 billion FCFA, an increase of 23.18% compared to 2021.
