2,564.6 billion was mobilized on the regional market and 540 billion on the international market. Indeed, the bonds issued from September 23 to October 12, 2022 and admitted to trading raised 198 billion FCFA and 67.94 billion respectively, for a total amount of 265.94 billion FCFA. In his opinion, the success of these bond issues reflects not only its quality of signature, but also the dynamism of the EU bond market, which is strengthening year after year.
