The Senegalese State, in its intention to mobilize resources to finance the investments included in the 2022 budget, had issued a bond called the State of Senegal (5.95%, 2022 - 2034) through the Treasury. Public. Thus, from December 15, 2022 to January 6, 2023, the issuer broadcast these titles to the public at a price of 10,000 FCFA per bond. There were 15 million bonds subscribed on the WAEMU regional financial market, for an amount of 150 billion FCFA at the end of this operation.

The trading session for the 5.95% Government of Senegal's 2022 2034 bond, admitted to the BRVM bond compartment, aims to promote securities trading on the regional financial market.
