Dans l' intention de discuter de la gestion de la circulation et de la sécurité routière dans la ville de N'Djamena, the Minister of Public Security and Immigration and the Minister of Transport Terrestrial and Road Safety held a joint press briefing on 23 March 2023.

Suite à une discussion le jeudi dernier à N'Djamena , le ministre de la Sécurité publique et de l' Immigration et la ministre des Transports terrestres et de la Sécurité routière have called road users at ; bring all the documents required to get started with a car. These are the driver's license, the technical sheet and the insurance. The government plans to conduct a campaign on the ground and through public and private media on urgent measures taken to raise awareness. He also intends to involve religious leaders through sermons and certain civil society associations on the behavior of road users through citizen action.
