This was at the end of a simultaneous auction of Treasury Bonds (BAT) with a maturity of 91 and 364 days as well as equivalent Treasury Bonds (OAT) of 3 years.

Le montant levé au niveau du marché financier de l' UEMOA au Sénégal est destinée à la couverture des besoins de financement du budget de The State of Senegal. The Treasury has 50 billion FCFA to tender and the total amount of bids is 83.632 billion FCFA, i.e. a coverage rate of 167.26% of the amount put on auction. The rejected submissions amount to 28.632 billion FCFA, giving an absorption rate of 65.76%. And those retained at 55 billion FCFA (composed exclusively of BAT). The vouchers issued are redeemable on the first business day following the due date of April 11, 2024.
