The Management and Intermediation Company (SGI) Invictus Capital & Finance SA has successfully closed a Private Placement Bond for an amount of 10 billion FCFA for the benefit of the EDK SA Group.

An SGI press release announced that SGI Invictus Capital & Finance SA raised funds via a private placement bond for an amount of 10 billion FCFA for the benefit of the EDK SA Group. According to the information in the document, the EDK SA Group has issued 1,000 bonds, each worth 10 million CFA francs, as part of an operation to mobilize financial resources to finance its development

SGI Invictus Capital & Finance says it is “delighted to have supported this national champion and expresses its deep gratitude to EDK Group SA and to the investors for their trust”.
