.The sum of 38.457 billion FCFA raised by the public treasury will be used to cover the financing needs of the Senegalese state budget. Indeed, the Public Treasury had put in adjudication 35 billion FCFA with a total amount of tenders of 59,830 billion FCFA, i.e. a coverage rate of the amount put in adjudication by 170.94%. The rejected submissions amount to 21.373 billion FCFA, representing an absorption rate of 64.28% and those accepted amount to
38.457 billion FCFA.
