The “Office of Integrity and Anti-Corruption (PIAC)” department of the African Development Bank is partnering with the Central Office for Combating Illicit Enrichment (OCLEI) to fight corruption and illicit enrichment. En signant le protocole d' accord, l' OCLEI et le PIAC of the African Development Bank have a triple objective. The aim is, first, to strengthen the capacities of OCLEI in implementing awareness-raising actions and investigations against corruption and illicit enrichment. Two, promote collaboration between OCLEI and PIAC in the context of investigations into suspected fraud in ADB projects and programs in Mali. Three, provide institutional and financial support for the benefit of OCLEI

This triple objective is consistent with article 6 of Ordinance No. 2015-032/P-RM of 23 September 2015 establishing OCLEI, which states that the Central Office for Combating Illicit Enrichment maintains cooperative relations with similar national and international bodies involved in the fight against illicit enrichment.
