In order to ensure that the financing needs of the Togolese State budget are covered, on June 16, 2023, the Treasury raised the sum of 30.766 billion FCFA. The issuer had put up for auction an amount of 30 billion FCFA. In the end, he ended up with total submissions of 33.266 billion FCFA. This gives a coverage rate of 110.89% of the amount put up for auction. The amount of the successful bids is 30.766 billion FCFA and the rejected one at 2,500 billion FCFA. This corresponds to an absorption rate of 92.48%
