Ecobank Benin is partnering with the Société Béninoise d'Énergie Électrique (SBEE) to launch a new service for paying electricity bills via its digital platforms.

Ecobank reinforces its commitment to providing innovative solutions to improve the banking experience for its customers. Now, customers can pay their SBEE bills with just a few clicks, anytime, anywhere. They can choose the digital platform that suits their needs from the Ecobank Mobile app, the Ecobank Online online banking platform, and the USSD channel*826#

Payment can be made securely from various types of accounts (Xpress, savings, or current), offering optimal accessibility, even without an internet connection. Payment of SBEE bills via Ecobank's digital platforms is priced at 0.5% of the amount to be paid, with a maximum of 1,000 FCFA, the lowest rate on the market. This initiative demonstrates Ecobank's commitment to providing added value to its customers by simplifying payment processes and promoting the adoption of digital banking solutions
