The British International Investment (BII) has announced the creation of a new platform called Growth Investment Partners (GIP) with $50 million in commitment funding. The aim will be to support 150 Ghanaian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)

The British International Investment (BII), is a development finance institution in the United Kingdom. The new platform that will be set up will be an alternative investment news for long-term and flexible loans of between USD 500,000 and USD 5 million, equivalent in local currency, to meet the needs of local businesses. Outre le prêt, SMEs will also receive business support services and capacity building in the areas of financial management, corporate governance, and environmental and social practices, to enable the sector to develop in a manner productive, sustainable and inclusive.
