The public offering bond (APE) on the UEMOA regional financial market in the amount of 120 billion FCFA officially launched on Thursday, August 3, 2023 by the State of Senegal, through the General Directorate of Public Accounting and the Treasury, was closed early on Wednesday 9 August 2023.
