The Directorate General of Administrative, Judicial, Domaniales and Participations Revenue (DGRAD) and the Agency for Special Economic Zones (AZES), in Kinshasa, DRC, have signed a collaboration protocol that aims to regulate the non-fiscal revenues of the & rsquo; State.

In a statement from the DGRAD, AZES declared that it was committed to collaborating to regulate the non-fiscal revenues of the State that will be mobilized within the Special Economic Zones Agency (AZES), through the application of reduced rates of 50% of duties and taxes, in accordance with the decree of March 5, 2020, fixing the advantage of facilities granted to investors operating in AZES in the DRC”. For the DGRAD, it has proved that it is establishing collaboration bridges with AZES, in order to facilitate the flow of information, to accelerate the processing of cases concerning companies located in Special Economic Zones (SEZs), in connection with the payment of duties, taxes and fees falling under the responsibility of the central government, as well as the taking of the necessary decisions, in accordance with legal provisions. and regulations in force.
