.The workshop that took place in Lagos is entitled “Operationalizing the ZLeCAF agreement for Nigerian businesses through the e-commerce channel”. This workshop was organized by the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Emmanuel Okle, Senior Trade Promotion Officer at the Lagos State Branch of the Nigerian Export Promotion Council, believes that e-commerce offered Nigerian businesses a window allowing them to also export to other African countries via the ZLeCAF platform
.According to the report, businesses should ensure that their products comply with export standards both at home and abroad, to avoid rejection of their exported goods.
