The Chinese application with 150 million active users in the United States launched its new “Shop” tab in the country last Monday evening. It was on the occasion of Fashion Week.

TikTok is now dreaming of becoming a new e-commerce giant. This new marketplace, accessible from the main TikTok screen, allows users to buy products in a few clicks (through the orange “Shop” icon), using a credit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal , without ever leaving the application. By the end of the year, TikTok aims to quadruple its e-commerce revenue to exceed 20 billion dollars
