The National Statistical Institute (INS) has published the results of Tunisia's foreign trade at current prices since the nine months of 2023. The INS indicated that exports increased by 7.5% compared to +25.8% during the same period

in 2022.

The National Statistical Institute mentions in its results that exports “reached the level of 45459.4 million dinars (MD) against 42269.4 MD during the nine months of the year 2022”. The increase observed in exports (+7.5%) during the nine months of 2023 concerns several sectors. According to the Institute, exports from the agri-food industry sector increased by 17%, those of textiles, clothing and leather by 10.5%, and those of the mechanical and electrical industries by 18.3%

On the other hand, exports from the energy sector fell by -38.2% and those from mines, phosphates and derivatives by -23.9%.
