The Regional Civil Society Forum for North Africa is scheduled for November 5 to 6 in Cairo, Egypt. The event will be organized by the Civil Society and Community Engagement Division of the African Development Bank.

“Engaging civil society in mobilizing private sector finance for climate and green growth in North Africa.” This is the theme of the Regional Civil Society Forum for North Africa, which will also be held via videoconference. The Forum, funded by the Korea-Africa Economic Cooperation Trust Fund (Koafec), will bring together experts from the African Development Bank , des repré representatives of civil society, governments and the Regional Economic Community. Participants will also share their diverse experiences and discuss challenges and opportunities to promote the transition to a green and climate-resilient economy in North Africa
