The rating of the proposed senior bonds reflects the credit profile of its parent company Bimbo. Grupo Bimbo is the world's largest bakery and pastry company, with operations in 34 countries in Mexico, the United States, Canada, Latin America, and Europe, Asia, and Africa (EAA). It has a comprehensive and diversified product portfolio with leading brands and market leadership positions. In addition, Bimbo's revenues grew by 17.7%, mainly due to strong price/mix initiatives and better volume performances in all regions, which were partially offset by exchange rates
