In order to contribute to the realization of the Royal vision of promoting the economic development and urbanization of El Guerguarate, Al Barid Bank inaugurated on Tuesday, November 7, its first banking branch in this area of the Moroccan Sahara.

The new Al Barid Bank branch was inaugurated by the governor of Aousserd province, Abderrahaman El Jaouhari, and the chairman of the board of directors of Al Barid Bank, Al-Amine Nejjar. This initiative is fully in line with the development dynamic of the southern provinces of the Kingdom, initiated by His Majesty King Mohammed VI. The latter indicates that economic actors are called upon to strengthen their investments in the southern provinces, with particular emphasis on social projects.

also noted that this initiative is fully in line with the desire of the Barid Al Maghrib Group in all its components (Al Barid Bank, Barid Cash at Amana) to position itself alongside all Moroccans, as a trusted partner, to give them access to quality services.
