On Wednesday, November 8, Moneex, a Beninese fintech specializing in financial technologies, announced its acquisition by the Togolese e-mobility startup Gozem.

Gozem plans to offer more services to its customers. He thus decided to invest in another segment of the technological ecosystem. The objective of this start-up is to launch the Gozem Money feature, a financial services offer, in French-speaking African countries. According to Martial Konvi, Gozem's Product Director, the expansion of financial services through the Gozem Money solution “represents the next step in our ongoing commitment to providing essential digital services to our users in Africa. With the integration of the Moneex team into our ranks, we are ready to accelerate the introduction of our innovative fintech offerings to the market
