The High Authority for Good Governance (Habg) has decided to equip itself with reference tools both for collecting information and for conducting investigations initiated by its council.

With the support of the German Agency for Development Cooperation (GIZ), Habg has developed a draft guide for identifying acts of corruption and similar offences, in order to strengthen the capacities of its staff and other actors involved in the fight against this scourge.
