On Sunday, November 26, armed men attacked the Sierra Leone military armory. ECOWAS heads of state say they have “learned with profound disgust about a plot by certain individuals to acquire arms and disrupt peace and constitutional order in Sierra Leone. ECOWAS condemns this act and calls for the arrest and prosecution of all participants in this illegal act.”
