Le Togo a conclu avec le International Monetary Fund (IMF) ”, "serif"">a new agreement of 42-month Extended Credit Facility (FEC). The agreement was signed following a mission of the Fund carried out in Lomé from 29 November to 8 December 2023

The new facility granted to Togo is worth $390 million (approximately 237 billion FCFA). The program aims to preserve the country's economic stability and strengthen debt sustainability, while laying the foundations for stronger and more inclusive growth. It also includes new reforms related to the tax base, the business climate, and public spending.
