The management of the Tunis Stock Exchange (BVMT) announced that the judicial sale of 44,541 shares in Union Bancaire pour le Commerce et l'Industrie (UBCI) scheduled during the session on Monday, December 25, 2023 has been cancelled at the request of the Interm Mediator: UBCI Bourse.

The management of BVMT informed investors in one of its notices dated December 20 that the intermediary UBCI Bourse, whose capital of one million dinars is 100% controlled by the UBCI bank, will sell the 44,541 shares of the UBCI company directly on the market at the minimum sale price of 22,500 dinars. If the sale procedure had been continued to its end, this could have generated a sum of 1,002,172 dinars for UBCI Bourse. But the sale was cancelled at the request of the intermediary UBCI Bourse
