Lors de la visite aux organismes supervisés par la Délégation locale de Justice et droits de l' homme, The IGAE delegate, António Francisco Jaime said that the challenge of reporting acts of corruption can be achieved through the Call Center created for this purpose, in 2023, with free calls from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The latter deplored the lack of a culture of reporting acts of mismanagement, including the injured persons themselves, who should be the first to report irregularities in public administration, so that the managers and employees involved were held accountable

According to the latter, this struggle is primarily aimed at putting an end to the phenomenon of bribes in public institutions and to improve the levels of service provided by officials to users, as well as to ensure the fight against the mismanagement of funds in public institutions.
