According to the representative of the Public Prosecutor, the Ministry, through the voice of the prosecutor Amara Camara, will ask the court to “condemn by default Mohamed Kéfing Kaba to 5 years in prison and to issue an international arrest warrant against him. In addition, we ask that you please sentence Mr. Salim Diawara to one year's imprisonment and issue a warrant of detention against him at the hearing.” The decision will be issued on February 14, 2024.
