The Guinean authorities opened the donors' round table yesterday, Thursday, February 15, 2024 in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. It is a question of financing the Interim Reference Plan (IRP).

The Interim Reference Plan is, according to Guinean Prime Minister Bernad Goumou, the programmatic framework for development actions during the period 2022 - 2025. It is in line with the Transition Charter and the international development agendas, in this case that of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2020-2030. The PRI takes into account the needs of the country in its axes. These include building a resilient state with stable and strong institutions, making up for the country's infrastructure gap, and managing
