The ceremony launching the public securities issuance calendar is an annual activity that consists in informing actors about the State's ambitions in the regional financial market and on the issuance schedule. To cover its financing needs, the State of Mali, like the other countries of the West African Monetary Union (UMOA), intervenes on the regional financial market through the issuance of public securities in line with the guidelines of fiscal policy

In accordance with the financial balance determined in the 2024 Finance Law, the State of Mali must mobilize an amount of 1.443 billion FCFA this year. To this end, the Minister invited investors to participate effectively in accordance with their wishes.
