La market capitalization of the BRVM bond market was 10,298,204 billion FCFA against 10 292.023 billion FCFA the day before, an increase of 6.181 billion FCFA. The stock market recorded an increase of 42.611 billion FCFA to 7,869.445 billion FCFA against 7,826.834 billion FCFA

The BRVM indices are up. The composite index (general stock market index) gained 0.55% to 211.53 points against 210.38 points the day before. The BRVM 30 index (index of the 30 most traded stocks on the Stock Exchange) rose by 0.62% to 106.26 points against 105.61 points previously. While the BRVM Prestige index (an index comprising all the stocks listed in the Prestige compartment), recorded a strong increase of 1.28% to 99.53 points against 98.27 points the day before.

In addition, transaction values are down. It stood at 509.137 million FCFA against 904.171 million FCFA on February 21, 2024.

The Top 5 of the largest price increases are occupied respectively by Société Générale Côte d'Ivoire (plus 5.12% to 17 980 FCFA), BOA Niger (plus 4.29% to 5,100 FCFA), BOA Niger (plus 4.29% to 5,100 FCFA), CFAO Côte d'Ivoire (plus 2.50% to 10 250 FCFA), SMB Côte d'Ivoire (plus 2.50% to 10 250 FCFA)) and Bernabé Côte d'Ivoire (plus 2.79% at 1,140 FCFA). As for the Flop5 with the largest price falls, it is occupied by SETAO Côte d'Ivoire (minus 2.58% to 755 FCFA), Vivo Energy Côte d'Ivoire (minus 1.88% to 785 FCFA), Coris Bank International Burkina Faso (minus 1.48% to 9,300 FCFA), Oragroup Togo (minus 1.07% to 2,320 FCFA) and Onatel Burkina Faso (minus 0.48% to FCFA 785), Coris Bank International Burkina Faso (minus 1.48% to 9,300 FCFA)
