The consultation of the Central African Public Treasuries and investors ended with a call for the revitalization of the Community financial market on 8 March in Brazzaville.

The theme of the meetings on 8 March is entitled: “Emission techniques and improving the participation rate of SVTs”. Participants emphasized the transparency and sincerity of the information provided to the market and to Treasury Securities Specialists (SVTs), composed mainly of commercial banks. The ninth session of the Permanent Framework for Coordination of the Public Treasuries of the Central African Economic and Monetary Community style="font-family: "Bookman Old Style”, "serif"> (CPC-TP-Cémac) aimed at & agrave; to take stock of the various emission techniques within the community space and the participation of investors. One of the challenges is to succeed in strengthening the performance of the financial market in terms of covering needs and the cost of resources.
