La Market capitalization of the BRVM stock market fell by 17.78 billion FCFA, passing from 7907.455 billion FCFA on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 to FCFA 7,889.675 billion on Thursday, March 14, 2024. The capitalization of the bond market is also down from 19.868 billion to 10 362.544 billion CFA francs compared to 10 382.412 billion CFA francs the day before. The value of transactions stood at 390.390 million FCFA against 2.872 billion FCFA the day before.

After a drop of 0.10% on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, the composite index (general stock market index) fell again 0.23% this Thursday, March 14, 2024 to 212.07 points against 212.55 points the day before. The BRVM 30 index (index of the 30 most traded stocks on the Stock Exchange) also recorded a decrease of 0.17% to 106.84 points against 107.02 points previously.
