Last Wednesday 13, the Court for the Suppression of Economic and Financial Offences (CRIEF) continued the debates concerning the prosecution case and the Guinean State against the Yacouba Cissé establishments, represented by his representative Grant Yacouba Cissé

The Yacouba Cissé establishments are being sued before CRIEF for acts of embezzlement of public funds involving a sum of 1 billion 139 million 921 thousand 407 Guinean francs to the detriment of the State, represented by the judicial agent. Yacouba Cissé denied the charges against him. In reality, it is a contract signed between the Yacouba Cissé establishments and the Guinean State, through the Société des Eaux de Guinee (SEG), for the supply of trucks worth more than 3 billion Guinean francs. The Court has postponed the case until 20 March for further debate.
