Le ^2nd Information and awareness-raising workshop on the activities implemented by ECOWAS and BOAD within the framework of the ROGEAP project was held on 13 March 2024 in Lomé, Togo. On the occasion, it was announced that two calls for applications will soon be launched for the award of grants to economic operators operating in the solar energy sector, as part of the Regional Off-Grid Electricity Access Project (ROGEAP). According to the managers of the Project Fund Manager (PFM) in charge of fund management, a first call for applications will take place in April, then a second call for applications in September next year across all 19 states covered by the project, to support initiatives aimed at accelerating households' access to off-grid energy.
