Un communiqué publié vendredi mentionne que le gouvernement de la République démocratique du Congo a levé 88.08 billion Congolese francs or 32.03 million USD thanks to the issuance of bonds of Treasure.

Le communiqué signé par la Deputy Minister of the DRC, O'Neige N'sele Mimpa indicates that “the government, through the Ministry of Finance, has mobilized 88.08 billion francs through the issuance of Treasury bills on the financial market. Congolese or 32.03 million USD at the exchange rate of 2,750 FC per American dollar”. The source indicates that this financial operation, carried out at a maturity of six months in total, four bidders were served and will be reimbursed no later than October 08, 2024, with a coverage rate of the amount set in adjudication 125, 83%.
