A la fin de son émission d' adjudication ciblée d' obligations assimilables du trésor (OAT) de 5, 7 et 10 ans, le Bénin a levé le lundi 6 mai 2024 la somme de 74,780 billion FCFA on the UEMOA financial market

The Beninese state wants to ensure that the financing needs of its budget are covered. The issuer put the amount of 70 billion CFA francs up for auction. At the end of the operation, it received global bids of 74.780 billion CFA francs, i.e. a coverage rate of the amount put up for auction of 106.83%. The total amount of the bids was selected, i.e. an absorption rate of 100%. Investors whose bids were selected will end up with a weighted average return of 7.05% for 5-year bonds, 7.13% for 7-year bonds and 7.17% for 10-year
