For reasons of a possible indictment of the cryptocurrency exchange and two of its executives, a Nigerian court has postponed the tax fraud trial against Binance to next month, after the trial was stalled on Wednesday.

The tax fraud trial has been stalled because authorities failed to bring Tigran Gambaryan, a U.S. citizen and Binance's financial crime compliance officer, to court. No reason was given for his absence in court.
