Togo was looking for 35 billion FCFA, via a simultaneous issuance of bonds (BAT) and Assimilable Treasury Bonds (OAT) and obtained 38.5 billion FCFA. According to the information, the investors proposed an envelope of 76.8 billion FCFA, or 219.46% of the coverage rate of the operation. 9.8 billion FCFA were collected thanks to the BAT issued over a maturity of 182 days at multiple interest rates. And the remaining 28.7 billion was mobilized via OATs issued over 3 and 5 years, with annual interest rates of 6.15% and 6.40%
