Coulibaly Lamine was accused of forgery and the use of forgery, fraud, illicit enrichment and money laundering. The Public Prosecutor at the Economic and Financial Criminal Department informed the national public through a press release that the trial of the persons prosecuted in the context of the proceedings initiated against several AGEF agents ended on Friday, May 24, 2024, with the delivery of the verdict of the Court.
In reality, AGEF and several of its executives and directors were being prosecuted for forgery and the use of forgeries in administrative documents, cash fraud, illicit enrichment, tax evasion and money laundering.
