Movis CI, an Ivorian company specializing in logistics and distribution, is considering withdrawing from the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM). The company's board of directors convened an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders on June 14 to decide whether to delist its shares from the BRVM, the main stock exchange in the West African region

Movis CI, is considering leaving the BRVM. If approved, this exit will take place through a public withdrawal operation (OPR). The reasons for this voluntary departure have not been specified. An Ivorian subsidiary of the Movis International group, Movis CI is one of the two companies listed on the BRVM, in the BRVM Transport index. His departure will make Africa Global Logistics the only company in the sectoral index of transport companies on the regional stock exchange

In its latest financial report for the 2019 financial year and published in November 2020, Movis CI declared a net loss of -4496 million CFA francs. The company that offers terminal management and maritime transit solutions has accumulated significant losses over a prolonged period of time.
