At the end of its 91 and 182-day auction of comparable treasury bills (OATs), the Beninese government raised the sum of 40 billion CFA francs on the UEMOA financial market on Thursday 13 June last year.

The Beninese government wants to ensure that the country's financing needs are covered. In fact, the issuer has put 40 billion CFA francs up for auction. At the end of the operation, it received global bids of 53.451 billion CFA francs, i.e. a coverage rate of the amount put up for auction of 133.63%.
