Heineken BV is selling its majority stake in Champion Breweries Plc, based in Uyo, to a new investor, EnjoyCorp Limited.

EnjoyCorp acquired 100% of the shares of Raysun Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of Heineken, which, until the acquisition, owned 86.5 percent of the beer manufacturer.
