At the end of the trading session on Friday, July 5, 2024, the activities of the Bourse Régionale des Valeurs Mobilières (BRVM) market evolved disparately.

The value of transactions plunged from 4.910 billion FCFA the day before to 260,187 million FCFA. The market capitalization of the equity market has also declined. It shows an achievement of 8,537.227 billion FCFA against 8,552.303 billion FCFA the day before, i.e. a decrease of 15.076 billion FCFA. The composite index fell by 0.17% to 229.48 points against 229.88 points the day before. The BRVM 30 index also noted a decrease to 114.86 points against 115.05 points previously. For its part, the BRVM Prestige index rose by 0.52% to 108.71 points against 108.15 points

the day before.

The Flop 5 of the largest price drops is occupied by ETI Togo (minus (5.88% at 16 FCFA), BOA Burkina Faso (minus 3.00% at 6,620 FCFA), VIVO Energy Côte d'Ivoire (minus 2.86% at 850 FCFA), Oragroup Togo (minus 2.17% at 1,800 FCFA) and BOA Benin (minus 1.26% at 6,665 FCFA). The Top 5 of the largest price increases are occupied respectively by Uniwax Côte d'Ivoire shares (plus 4.76% at 440 FCFA), Nestlé Côte d'Ivoire (plus 4.00% at 7,800 FCFA), SAPH Côte d'Ivoire (plus 3.63% at 2,995 FCFA), Sicor Côte d'Ivoire (plus 3.33% to 3,100 FCFA) and Compagnie Ivoirienne d'Électrice Côte d'Ivoire (plus 1.5,100 FCFA), SAPH Côte d'Ivoire (plus 3.63% at 2,995 FCFA) 2% to 2,000 FCFA)
