The State of Mali wants to ensure that the financing needs of its budget are covered. The issuer has put an amount of 25 billion CFA francs up for auction. Overall bids amounted to 25.519 billion FCFA. This gives a coverage rate of 102.08% for the amount put up for auction. The amount of tenders accepted is 25.393 billion FCFA and that rejected at 126 million FCFA, i.e. an absorption rate of 99.51%. The issuer has committed to repay the warrants on the first business day following the due date of July 23, 2025. Interest will be paid in advance and deducted from the nominal value of the vouchers
