Togo was looking for 30 billion FCFA via a simultaneous issue of Bonds (BAT) and Assimilable Treasury Bonds (OAT). According to the report of the Umoa-Titres agency, the public treasury collected 18.6 billion CFA francs on BAT issued over the maturity of 364 days, at multiple interest rates. It also mobilized 13.5 billion CFA francs through OATs issued over terms of 3 and 5 years respectively, at annual interest rates of 6.15% and 6.40%.
